Interesting, it would appear as if there's one bunch of people who aren't very happy with me (I wonder who that could be?), and have approached WordPress to have the blog taken down. (Truth hurting a bit there, boys?). I've replied to WordPress, providing the full difflinks which back up any and all statements I've made on here, so we'll have to wait and see.
At the worst I expect a slap on the wrist for calling the morons morons, as I am not making any unfounded or libellous statements.
Still, it's Like Lord Beaverbrook said, after Prince Philip complained that "The Daily Mail is a terrible paper," - "At least he reads me, otherwise he wouldn't know it's a terrible paper."

Perhaps Terry Koeckritz got upset at being called a liar once too often?

ReplyDeleteKeep us updated. Terry Koeckritz is likely bored, since he's running out of people to bully at CP. The site is in its death throes, so we should expect an increase in their activities elsewhere. The business at Wikipedia and Terry's presence on RW are certainly signs of insecurity and boredom.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately for Terry, his name being widely spread will make it difficult for him to establish himself elsewhere when CP finally grinds to a halt, but his actions to cover his tracks are aiding in spreading the message that Terry is rather unpleasant vicious old man whose best years are long behind him and probably predate his birth.
That's one of Terry's problems right now, honestly. He managed to keep a lot of his "wrecker" activities like Hot or Not separate from his real name, so it was harder for new victims to know what he was getting into. But now, he's going to have to be WAY more careful because if whoever he targets next figures out he's Terry Koeckritz, the game is up before it even gets going. So to protect that, he's got Rob and Johnny playing part-time flying monkey to see if they can whitewash some of that.

Mirror sites are easy, particularly as (as I understand it) you can in fact do a complete XML dump from wordpress.com. Do and save an XML dump now, in fact.

ReplyDeleteI can only assume this has to do with the same shenanigans that Rob and TK have been pulling at WP. It seems strange that this only comes through now.
ReplyDeleteJpatt probably has only just realised that you leaked the ZB files on the net, he is a little slow. I noticed that was the catalyst that brought TK and RobS out of hiding and back onto RationalWiki. They are trying to play that game with old RW 1.0 material too, but so far they have been unsuccessful (I doubt they have as much of that as they claim).
ReplyDeleteI was reported to my ISP by Jinx about 8 or 9 months ago for upsetting him on his blog, they are yet to give a shit. Most businesses side with their customers rather than anonymous assholes.
I'm sure this is all part of their "remove Terry's name" stuff. I mean they've known about the blog for ages. Hell Andy even links to it (and if it suddenly vanishes, we know they read us). Everything's backed up, so worst comes to worst, I just move to Blogger or Blogspot or something. Or register my own domain.
